About AGS

AGS was founded in 1995 to provide innovative geophysical consulting services to the environmental, engineering, and construction industries.  Originally started in the Philadelphia area, we have expanded across the country to include a full-service office in the San Francisco Bay area. 

By investing in state-of-the-art technology and post-graduate educated, licensed/registered professional personnel (e.g. Roark Smith—CA PGp #987), AGS has developed into a complete geophysical service company of the highest caliber.  We have completed a broad range of geophysical investigations throughout the United States, the Caribbean, and the Philippines.

As part owners in the company, the Senior Geophysicists have more than a vested interest in providing a quality product to our clients.  AGS works closely with our clients to ensure we our meeting their needs throughout all phases of a survey, from the proposal to the final report.
